This position involves cleaning construction dust, debris, windows, floors, cabinets, and fixtures to deliver inspection-ready results.No experience is required, but cleaning experience is a plus. We will train the right person.Responsibilities* Remove construction dust from all surfaces* Clean windows, tracks, frames, and glass* Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors* Clean cabinets, countertops, and appliances* Remove stickers, paint overspray, and debris* Detail bathrooms and kitchens* Follow cleaning checklists and quality standards* Maintain a professional appearance on job sitesRequirements* Reliable transportation* Ability to lift 50 pounds* Ability to work on your feet for extended periods* Strong attention to detail* Positive attitude and willingness to learn* Ability to pass a background check* Authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications* Residential or commercial cleaning experience* Construction cleaning experience* Window cleaning experience* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusCompensation* $16$20 per hour depending on experience and performance* Opportunities for advancement* Performance bonuses availableSchedule* Monday through Friday* Part-time and full-time opportunities available* Occasional Saturdays as neededAbout All Seasons CleaningAll Seasons Cleaning specializes in post construction cleaning, property turnover cleaning, and window cleaning throughout Southern Utah.
