Position Summary:

Provide customer service to our Washington water services clients and their customers via phone calls, emails, and chat support. Provide water utility billing functions for our clients.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls from customers & Clients and provide excellent customer service
• Direct phone calls to the appropriate party within the Coupeville office.
• File paperwork in office and deposit checks.
• Update billing software and generate utility bills for Client water systems.
• Deposit customer payments accurately.
• Assist with communication with field operators
• Create monthly billing reports for clients.
• Communicate work orders to operations supervisors for scheduling.
• Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Comply with Company grooming and uniform policy.
• Complete tasks as requested by the Customer Service Supervisor.
• Enter meter readings and use general quality control to ensure accurate readings.

Qualifications:

• 1 or more years customer service experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multi task and work in an office environment
• Valid driver's license (or obtain within 90 days if out-of-state), required certifications/endorsements, and satisfactory driving record.

Base hourly range: $19.16 - $26.82 per hour, depending on qualifications
