You will work closely at all levels of the organization and collaborate cross-functionally to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes. Although an engineering degree is not required, the Senior Offering Management Specialist must be comfortable managing a technically complex product line. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are eager to help us drive a high level of growth and success in the market.ResponsibilitiesManage ECN Process/Datasheets/website updates of Enterprise panels and system sensorsAssisting with go-to-market planning, preparing sales/marketing materials, coordinating launch activities, and monitoring early product performance after releaseLatest Estimate Revenue updates and reporting for all global say do NPI projects, engage with regional OMs to update and understand causation in market impacting performanceManage Conventional detector/module portfolio globallyManage obsolescence and lifecycle of Onyx and related portfolio of productsManage Phase Out process/collaborate with portfolio OM to run phase out tool in SAP/close out open orders/Write ECNsWebsite support for System Sensor and Enterprise (customer facing, ESD facing) with up-to-date manuals, datasheets, etc. and manage feed to SED websitesOwn material extension/creation process for all the brands assigned Material SKU reservation in SAPManage market research/competitive research for all SMB brands, creating standardized materials for cross-functional leadership use (Sales/Channel Marketing/Training/Tech Support translating customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements, feature definitions, and documentation.Setting priority of engineering projects execution through Agile Release Train for nominated portfolioManage O&M activities with cross-functional contributorsMarketing forecast for demand planning/sourcing/ISCFacilitate market adoption of NPI products & manage subsequent portfolio consolidationQualificationsYOU MUST HAVE3+ years of experience in product management, hi-tech innovative product(s) or relevant marketing roles3+ years' experience with software (cloud/ SaaS) enabled outcome-based solutionWE VALUEBachelor's degree Electrical Engineering, Strategic Marketing or related fieldProven track record of success in a product marketing or strategic marketing environmentAssertive team player: ability to work in a matrix environment and positively influence and drive consensus across teams without direct authorityAbility to collaborate and drive consensus across teamsSkill in developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and field salesQuickly identify patterns among problems & issuesMake timely decisions balancing systematic analysisDecisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issuesExcellent planning, execution and project-management skillsVersed in concept validation and market research methods such as voice of customerDemonstrated ability to drive customer intimacy and understand customer needsDemonstrated effective presentation, written and verbal communication skillsIndependent, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent planning, execution and project-management skills and a strong sense of project ownershipIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
