Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities Medication management and medical oversight Oversight training of direct care staff Document medical appointments and medical issues Inform care managers and parents of any medical changes Provide on-call support (telephone only) on a rotational basis Minimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e.g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.) All Registered Nurses (RNs) must meet the following minimum requirements: NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum requirements of specific positions may vary by assigned function and/or contract. Please refer to applicable regulations/contracts for all position requirements. Preferred Qualification Requirements Med/Surg experience Experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled population Compensation From $85,000 USD to $95,000 USD per year, for full‑time and prorated salary for less than 40 hours per week Additional compensation in the form of an experience differential and bonuses Schedule Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. If you share our vision and want to help support people to live the fullest lives possible, YAI will be the right place for you.
