Overview
Croker Huck Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to support our Sanitary and Improvement District (SID) and corporate practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys in SID and corporate matters
- Assist with SID formation, governance, financing, and infrastructure projects
- Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents and official records
- Coordinate with attorneys, board members, developers, engineers, accountants, and municipal advisors
- Support corporate entity formation, filings, and ongoing compliance
- Maintain corporate records and assist with federal and state filing requirements
- Manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience or relevant education
- Experience in corporate, real estate, municipal, or public finance law preferred
- Strong organizational, drafting, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems
