Overview

Croker Huck Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to support our Sanitary and Improvement District (SID) and corporate practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys in SID and corporate matters
• Assist with SID formation, governance, financing, and infrastructure projects
• Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents and official records
• Coordinate with attorneys, board members, developers, engineers, accountants, and municipal advisors
• Support corporate entity formation, filings, and ongoing compliance
• Maintain corporate records and assist with federal and state filing requirements
• Manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
• Perform administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience or relevant education
• Experience in corporate, real estate, municipal, or public finance law preferred
• Strong organizational, drafting, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems
