As a Housekeeper - House cleaner at Merry Maids you will enjoy:

• Monday - Friday day time work schedule. No nights, weekends or Holidays required
• 2 raises in your first 6 months
• Starting base wage $18/ hr ~ $19/hr after 3 months ~ $20.00/hr after 6 months
• Weekly bonuses based on your efficiency- Make up to $25+ per hour immediately out of training
• Quarterly bonuses for entire team based on customer gains
• Consistent Tips
• Paid drive time and tax free mileage reimbursement. We pay you all day, plus for every mile you drive, unlike most cleaning companies ~ they only pay while you're in a home cleaning~
• Vacation, sick and holiday pay after only 90 days

Housekeeper - House cleaner requirements:

• At least 18 years of age and are authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be dependable and consistent
• Have a car, car insurance and a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Pass a pre- employment drug and background screening
• Have a positive and prideful demeanor
