For more information about ECCO Select, visit us at Position Title: Regulatory Compliance Analyst - Onsite Location Information: 200 E Gaines St, Tallahassee, FL 32399 Position Responsibilities: Analyze financial business processes to ensure compliance with Florida statutes, Federal financial regulations, and statewide financial policies. Review agency workflows and validate that gating, approvals, internal controls, and role assignments comply with regulatory requirements. Reconcile financial business flows to confirm that system configuration meets required compliance standards. Create clear, detailed compliance documentation including audit trails, traceability reports, control mappings, and exception workflows. Produce compliance and readiness reports for project leadership, oversight bodies, and agency stakeholders. Collaborate with business, technical, and testing teams to address compliance risks, gaps, or misalignments. Support validation efforts associated with the upcoming implementation wave, ensuring readiness across people, processes, technology, and data. Communicate compliance findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience validating financial business processes for regulatory and statutory compliance. Ability to analyze and reconcile workflow designs for approval chains, separation of duties, and compliance gating. Strong skills in documentation, report-writing, and producing audit/traceability materials. Experience creating compliance-focused reports and maintaining traceability across requirements, controls, and workflows. Familiarity with ERP financial systems (PeopleSoft preferred).
