Colorado Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Seeking a full-time Colorado Licensed Clinical Supervisor, this position is responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of treatment for patients, including developing and maintaining treatment plans, training behavioral technicians, and collaborating with caregivers, with opportunities for onsite, hybrid, or remote work arrangements. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans while ensuring optimal patient outcomes Oversee the implementation of treatment protocols and provide ongoing coaching to behavioral technicians Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on data analysis and caregiver collaboration Required qualifications: Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Ability to work in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
