Technical Services Engineer

Position Summary Senior level technical services role supporting equipment maintenance, new equipment integration, facility engineering work, and equipment reliability. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance Develop, optimize, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve reliability Analyze equipment performance data and lead root cause investigations to resolve recurring failures Provide technical support and training to technicians and operators on equipment operation, maintenance practices, and safety protocols Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including production, quality, and operations, to ensure equipment meets operational requirements Lead facility and equipment projects from scope development through execution and commissioning Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to equipment performance and facility systems Comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements Document engineering activities, maintenance strategies, and project updates in CMMS and related systems Required Qualifications Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience 3+ years of experience in equipment, facilities, or manufacturing roles (or equivalent hands‑on technical experience) Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance program development Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills across mechanical and/or electrical systems Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing experience (optics/coatings/CNC preferred for your site) Lean / Six Sigma experience Reliability engineering exposure Salary The range for this position is $71,139.00 - $97,817.00 assuming full‑time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
