TikTok Shop - Senior Analytics & Strategy Associate, Logistics Location: Los Angeles Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A234871A Responsibilities The e‑commerce industry has grown rapidly, and TikTok aims to deliver a brand new and better e‑commerce experience by becoming the preferred commerce channel for merchants, creators, and affiliates. Lead short‑term and long‑term strategic planning to improve the TikTok E‑Commerce logistics experience and cost, including selection of the most suitable logistics and supply chain model and identification of critical logistics assets. Conduct in‑depth industry research, identify opportunities across the value chain, and provide insights and recommendations for mid‑/long‑term strategy. Set targets and diagnose business issues for E‑Commerce logistics and supply chain practice, identify critical problems, and deliver solutions through cross‑team collaboration. Qualifications 5+ years of strategic and analytical experience at leading management consulting firms, investment, research, and/or tech/e‑commerce companies, and/or data analytics or data science roles. Strong problem‑solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively handle cross‑functional collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Experience in e‑commerce or logistics. Strong data and analytics capabilities. Experience in competitor analysis, equity research, public market investing, or corporate finance/share‑value consulting. Proactive initiative to identify operational challenges, analyze problems, and autonomously develop and implement innovative solutions. Job Information Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115,520 – $273,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Base pay is a part of the total package, and the role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
