Product Development Lab Technician

Perform routine testing on raw materials, batches, and finished products. Operate laboratory equipment following established procedures. Prepare samples, standards, and reagents for testing. Record test results accurately and maintain data integrity. Track and report testing trends, variances, and unusual findings. Escalate out-of-specification results to laboratory leadership. Organize samples, materials, and laboratory records. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment. Follow company policies, laboratory procedures, and safety requirements Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependability. Communicate testing status and laboratory needs effectively.
