Senior Quality Analyst

Senior Quality AnalystEmpowering. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quality Analyst to lead quality management efforts and ensure conformance to quality requirements at our Norfolk, Virginia shipyard facility. As a subject matter expert in quality management, you will provide technical expertise and guidance on quality processes, customer requirements, and project management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance with requirements.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsTypically requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of Ship Repair related experienceExperience with NAVSEA Standard Items and Navy Repair work specificationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applicationsAbility to work and support operations in a shipyard environmentExperience with IFS for TIP ManagementNBPI or NACE CertificationQuality Control Supervisor (QCS) certificationExperience with AMPP/QP1 requirementsPreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsISO 9001:2015 Internal AuditorRoot Cause analysis trainingPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $75254 - $127930 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
