3-5 CT Sims per day

Office Equipment: Varian TrueBeam (x2), Siemens CT scanner, Varian Eclipse treatment planning, MIM Specialty Backup: 2 Radiation Oncologists on site
Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 MA, Medical Physicists, 3 Dosimetrists, 7 Radiation Therapists
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Required Procedures: Linear Accelerator Rapid Arc/VMAT, Electrons Conventional/Conformal Therapy IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS Hyper altered fractionation Conventional treatment planning Beam shaping (MLC) 3D CRT, PET CT or MRI Image Fusion Electronic Portal Imaging (EPI)

Licenses: MN
Certifications: BLS
Fellowship: Required
Experience: Proficiency in EPIC, Varian ARIA, Eclipse, and experience with Varian TrueBeam
Duties & Responsibilities: Perform inpatient and outpatient consultations, follow-up visits, and CT sim orders. Develop and approve treatment plans, including IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS. Participate in chart rounds, peer rounds, and tumor conferences. Manage radiation therapy prescriptions, critical structures, and plan approval. Collaborate with medical physicists, dosimetrists, and radiation therapists.
