Job Description

The Staff Support role provides administrative, financial, and operational support to the Plant Controller and plant leadership team. This position is responsible for assisting with financial reporting, data analysis, inventory tracking, documentation management, and general administrative functions to help ensure efficient plant operations and accurate financial performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completion of routine tasks under direct supervision and/or administrative support within the finance/accounting department.
• Duties can include: compiling reports; filing; data entry; creating and maintaining spreadsheets; data entry; typing; scheduling and coordinating; preparing correspondences; answering telephones; interfacing/greeting customers; preparing correspondence; and assisting department with daily tasks.
• Analytical responsibilities can include report analysis and purchasing analysis (if job applicable). Must be proficient with Windows software including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience

• 1 year of prior experience supporting an accounting or finance department
• Excellent clerical skills
• Expereince using Microsoft Office
