Senior Principal Electrical Engineer

Buscamos un Senior Principal Electrical Engineer para liderar el diseño, desarrollo y mejora de sistemas electrónicos para dispositivos médicos. La posición tendrá un fuerte enfoque técnico y participará en todas las etapas del desarrollo de hardware, desde la definición del concepto y el diseño electrónico hasta la validación, documentación y transferencia a manufactura. Además, será referente técnico dentro del equipo, colaborando con distintas áreas internas, clientes y proveedores para garantizar soluciones innovadoras, confiables y alineadas con los objetivos del negocio.
- Más de 7 años de experiencia en Ingeniería Eléctrica o desarrollo de hardware.
- Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de:
- Circuitos analógicos.
- Circuitos digitales.
- Sistemas de señal mixta (Mixed Signal).
- Circuitos de potencia (Power Circuits).
- Experiencia liderando el desarrollo completo de subsistemas electrónicos, desde el concepto inicial hasta la implementación y transferencia a producción.
- Experiencia desarrollando y validando prototipos.
- Conocimientos en documentación de ingeniería y elaboración de DFMEA .
- Experiencia en gestión de riesgos aplicada al desarrollo de productos.
- Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios durante todo el ciclo de desarrollo.
Se valorará
- Experiencia en la industria de dispositivos médicos.
- También se consideran perfiles provenientes de industrias altamente reguladas, como automotriz, aeroespacial, espacial o robótica.
- Salario: USD 130.000 a 170.000 anuales (según experiencia y seniority).
- Modalidad híbrida (3 días presenciales / lunes y viernes remoto).
- Contratación efectiva.
- 3 semanas de vacaciones.
- Licencia por enfermedad sin descontar días de vacaciones.
- Cobertura médica, odontológica y de visión desde el primer día.
