The Maintenance Technician is equipped to maintain the overall aesthetic of Innovative Integrated Health (IIH) building and grounds; and ensures ongoing compliance.Essential Job FunctionsDuties include, but are not limited to:Repair, install and service facilities, properties and equipment in compliance with safetycode and quality standards.Report maintenance requirements to team leader.Comply with safety standards/regulations and company policies and procedures.Evaluates and recommends items, including equipment, procedures, etc. which wouldprevent or reduce safety risks or hazards.Completes OSHA training and transmits applicable content to the leadership team.Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordancewith established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other employees to promotea cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive tomaximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.Attend and participate in staff meetings, in-services, projects, and committees as assigned.Adhere to and support the center’s practices, procedures, and policies includingassigned break times and attendance.Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner; and perform all other related dutiesas assigned.Be flexible in schedule of hours worked.May require use of personal vehicleWorking ConditionsThe working conditions and physical demands described here are representation of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
