Responsibilities:

- Assist experienced equipment operators in the safe and efficient operation of construction and industrial machinery

- Learn to perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment

- Support the team in preparing work sites, including loading and unloading materials

- Observe and learn proper operating techniques for various types of equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders

- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks effectively

- Adhere to project schedules and quality standards

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong interest in construction, heavy equipment, or industrial operations

- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly

- Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual tasks

- Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory

- Prior experience in construction or equipment operation is a plus, but not required
