About This Office

Rivers Dental Care is looking for a full-time dental hygienist to join our growing team in Murfreesboro, TN. We are open to new graduates and are seeking someone who is kind, reliable, trustworthy, and outgoing. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and enjoy building relationships with patients, we'd love to connect with you.

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventative care
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans as needed
• Partner closely with the doctor and team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix (if experienced)
• Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols
• Support a positive, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active dental hygienist license in the state of Tennessee (or ability to obtain)
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Dentrix and iTero experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Kind, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
