We're hiring a Technical Support Analyst ! If you have hands-on IT troubleshooting experience and public agency project exposure, we want to hear from you. Job Position: Technical Support Analyst Location: Petersburg, VA (Hybrid) Hours: Part-Time (24 hours/week | 3 days/week) Interview Mode: Virtual (Web Cam) or In-Person What You'll Do: Evaluate hardware/software needs & maintain district asset inventory. Troubleshoot PCs, phones, software, and audio/visual meeting setups. Draft user-friendly technical instructions and communicate solutions. Key Requirements: 1+ year in IT Service Management (Incident, Change & Asset Management). 1+ year hands-on hardware/software desktop support. 1+ year experience with government agency PC Refresh projects & policies. Proficiency in MS 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word). Excellent written & verbal communication skills. (Preferred) Experience with office moves/cabling or EHR systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
