Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and collaborate on tailored treatment plans that align with their specific needs. \n
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. \n
- Establish therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Provide teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual sessions or have barriers to in-person appointments, ensuring access to care for all clients. \n
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development activities, such as attending workshops and training, to enhance clinical skills and remain current with advancements in the mental health field. \n
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required. \n
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with preference given to candidates holding a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship. \n
- Empathetic, compassionate approach with the ability to remain non-judgmental while addressing clients’ challenges. \n
- Strong organization and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities. \n

- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably offering individual and group therapy. \n
- Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms to deliver care in a virtual format. \n
- Competence in developing treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client-centered approaches. \n

- Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. \n
