Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU Level 3/4This is a 13-week contract position with a night and day shift schedule. The night shift is from 19:00 to 07:00 and the day shift is from 07:00 to 19:00. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Washington licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with experience in Level 3 NICU or higher. The position will involve floating between internal departments, providing respiratory care to neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adults. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to various unit needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide respiratory therapy and care to patients in NICU and other critical care areas.Utilize advanced respiratory equipment and perform procedures on neonates, infants, and pediatrics.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.Monitor patients' respiratory status and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent Washington State RRT license in hand is mandatory.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 3 NICU or higher.Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP, PALS.Experience with Epic charting system is required.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
