About the job Land-Grant is on the hunt for delivery drivers and merchandisers to be the face of our brand in Ohio. This is a delivery job, but it is much more than that. You will run your own route, know your accounts, and leave every stop better stocked and better rotated than you found it. On most days you are the only person from Land-Grant that a bar manager or a grocery clerk will see. That matters to us, and it is why this role pairs delivery with merchandising. You will run Central Ohio zone routes and our out-of-market routes to Dayton, Cincinnati, and Cleveland. You will report to the Logistics Manager and work alongside our sales team as one group with one shared outcome. What you will do Run a scheduled route and deliver Land-Grant beer to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and bottle shops Pick, stage, and load your own orders at the warehouse, and verify the load before you roll Merchandise at designated stops: rotate the stock, check date codes, build and face displays and cooler sets Pull out-of-code and damaged product and bring it back Scan kegs out and back, and collect empty kegs, pallets, and dunnage Collect payment on delivery and reconcile it at the end of the day Confirm every delivery in our online driver portal with signature and photos Communicate with the sales team what you see in the account: out-of-stocks, tap changes, what the competition is doing Keep your van clean, organized, and safely loaded What we are looking for At least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Comfortable lifting 55 lbs routinely and moving full half-barrel kegs (about 165 lbs) with a hand truckli> Comfortable driving for extended periods Comfortable using a phone or tablet app for routing, scanning, and delivery confirmation Able to work a flexible schedule, including some early mornings Forklift certification required; we provide the training after you are hired Dependable, safety-minded, and personable Prior delivery experience in beverage, food service, or direct store delivery; merchandising or retail stocking experience; familiarity with kegs and draft accounts all a plus but not required Pay and benefits $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience Full-time, hourly position with quarterly and annual reviews and real room to grow as the program grows Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off IRA Match Paid training and development Performance-based incentive plan Land-Grant discounts (including free beer!)
