Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F; 8 hours.
• Flex schedule available and required when needed.
• Fast-paced skilled nursing setting with short-term and long-term rehab.
• 88% productivity expectation.
• Point-of-service documentation using Net Health on iPad.
• COVID vaccine not required; signed acknowledgment of risks is required if not vaccinated.
