Pay: $12.14 per hour plus tips

Savina’s Castle Rock is looking for warm, energetic Servers who want to earn strong tips, work alongside a supportive team, and continue growing in hospitality.

As a Server at Savina’s, you’ll do more than take orders. You’ll welcome guests, help them navigate our food and beverage menus, anticipate what they need, and create the kind of experience that makes them want to return.

We’re looking for people who are warm, composed, team-oriented, and comfortable in a busy full-service restaurant. Approximately two years of similar serving experience is preferred, but not required. If you bring the right attitude, a desire to learn, and genuine care for others, we want to meet you.

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately two years of serving experience in a similar full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required
• Weekend availability is required
• A warm, professional, and team-oriented approach
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• The ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A willingness to develop strong knowledge of our food, spirits, beer, and wine
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Comfort using—or learning—a restaurant point-of-sale system
• The ability to obtain required food-safety and responsible-alcohol-service certifications within the designated timeframe

Physical Requirements

With or without reasonable accommodation, this position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently bend, reach, carry, and move throughout the restaurant
• Safely carry trays, dishes, beverages, and other items commonly used during service
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members in a busy restaurant environment
• Perform the essential responsibilities of the position during shifts generally lasting six to eight hours
