Key Responsibilities Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room Hand off Creativity work clean enough that nobody has to ask twice Chase down the root cause instead of slapping on a patch Keep showing up for the Carmel, IN work after the launch buzz fades Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends Deliver scrappy results that align with broader business objectives Catch the Change Management regression a tired reviewer would miss Push back, respectfully, when a Continuous Learning shortcut will cost us later What You'll Bring Experience at the manager level inside an internship role Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain The discipline to finish the boring 20% that makes the rest matter Comfort owning general decisions in an IN market The kind of curiosity that reads the docs before asking Anthem writes the software that keeps general operations humming, all of it engineered in Carmel, IN by a hands-on bunch. People here care as much about how we work together as what we ship. We pair a $106,000 - $155,000 salary with health, dental, and vision plans, plus annual bonuses tied to team performance.
