YOUR ROLE
* Sell and deliver large-scale, complex OCM transition and transformation
programs across industries and geographies.
* Define and implement integrated change management strategies aligned with
business goals.
* Oversee stakeholder engagement, change readiness activities,
and adoption measurement frameworks.
* Design and lead leadership engagement initiatives, including executive
alignment, sponsorship, and communication strategies.
* Coach and develop high-performing teams across multiple grades and
geographies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Contribute to capability development, thought leadership, and business
development efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* 15+ years of experience in change management, transformation leadership, or
organizational design.
* Proven success leading OCM projects related to Outsourcing, Managed Support
Services transitions, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, and Agile POD
Delivery.
* Experience in leading multi-country OCM programs, including transformations
related to Global Contact Center, Global Operating Model support,
Service Desk implementations.
* Proven experience and knowledge of ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, ITSM
processes, etc.
- Experience in leading organization, org purpose and strategic initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking, client advisory, and leadership capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of change and transformation frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience working directly with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
- Team player with high work ethics, a collaborative leadership style, and
a passion for developing others.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $169,875 -
$319,050
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable
national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base
compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum
target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role
at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by
law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted
range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the
applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and
qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills,
Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay
equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted
compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional
compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on
the position and applicable laws.
