Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years License: Active RN License (South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Experience in Med/Surg - Strong patient care skills - Ability to work night shifts - Flexibility to float between units Description: This position requires a registered nurse in the medical surgical float pool. The nurse will work three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Holiday rotation will be part of the schedule. Floating to medical surgical floors will be necessary. Patient ratios may vary based on the assigned unit. Candidates with a minimum of two years' experience will be considered. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Experience with isolation precautions, IV management, and non-invasive airway management is essential. Preferred skills include patient care responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
