We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Job Duties
Answering phones and providing customer service related to electrical products and inventory
Setting up and maintaining job files for electrical projects
Data entry, including inventory tracking, order processing, and customer information
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
General office duties, such as filing, scanning, and mail processing
Assisting with purchasing and procurement of electrical supplies
Keeping up with electrical product pricing and availability for reordering
Maintaining knowledge of electrical products and industry terms to assist customers and staff effectively
Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with the public and other staff members
Knowledge of electrical products and industry terminology
Experience with inventory management and purchasing is a plus
