Residential Garbage Driver

Local Garbage Truck Driver
Waste Connections is looking to hire a Local Garbage Truck Driver at our site in Pflugerville, TX. The position will be responsible for driving a Residential Garbage Truck with another driver on specified routes to collect solid waste and transport it to appropriate disposal sites. This job is extremely physical taking turns working on the back of the garbage truck. You will be on a driver/driver team for 6-12 months before having the opportunity to get promoted into our other routes.
Monday-Friday 6am start time typically working a 10+ hour day.
Job Requirements:
- Class A or B CDL
- Clean Driving Record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift 65 lbs throughout a 10+ hour shift.
