In this role, you will work with clients who may be dealing with stress, mood concerns, trauma, grief, relationship issues, or major life changes. Your daily work will include listening closely, identifying client needs, helping clients develop realistic strategies, and documenting progress clearly. This is a full-time telehealth role with a consistent weekday schedule.ResponsibilitiesProvide virtual therapy sessions to clients in MassachusettsAssess client needs, symptoms, strengths, and treatment goalsDevelop treatment plans based on each client's clinical presentationUse appropriate therapeutic methods to support client progressMaintain accurate records in an electronic health system
