The Role

• A client-facing Commerce Media Strategist responsible for building, managing and optimising campaigns across commerce media channels.
• Develop sophisticated omnichannel strategies aligned to client objectives, with a focus on growth, profitability and retention.
• Manage day-to-day account performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
• Partner with clients and internal channel specialists to deliver high-quality campaigns and continuously improve performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert across relevant commerce media platforms, sharing industry knowledge and best practice.

The Requirements

• Experience in commerce media, paid commerce, retail media or senior media planning.
• Strong experience managing and optimising commerce media campaigns, ideally across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo or similar.
• Proven experience working with significant monthly media budgets and delivering against performance KPIs such as ROI, conversion and sales growth.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel commerce media strategy and cross-channel performance.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse campaign performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with tools such as Skai, Pacvue, Analytic Index or Helium 10 is advantageous.
• Strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to operate across both strategic and hands-on campaign activity.
