POSITION OVERVIEW

Position: Solution Delivery Specialist

Location: Full-Time Onsite | Denver, CO Headquarters

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 / year

This is not a passive customer service role—it is a high-impact, professional services position for a technical problem solver who thrives on autonomy, loves translating complex system configurations into clear, simple customer SOPs, and takes pride in being a top performer.

In this role, you will own a high-volume portfolio of SaaS implementations from post-contract handover straight through to successful go-live, billing initiation, and long-term customer enablement. You will leverage modern AI-powered tools, automation, and structured customer training to accelerate time-to-value while delivering an elite onboarding experience.

• You can take complex, technical software workflows and distill them into simple, highly structured, and easily digestible SOPs and group training sessions for non-technical stakeholders.

• You hold yourself to high standards, take pride in managing a high-volume active portfolio (upward of 20+ simultaneous projects), and love hitting performance benchmarks.

• You understand that an implementation is only complete when the client is fully onboarded, trained, satisfied, and successfully transitioned into the active billing cycle.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Independently manage a high-volume portfolio of simultaneous SaaS implementations, owning configuration, timeline execution, and client readiness.

• Translate customer business requirements into accurate software configurations, data mappings, and workflow setups.

• Create clear, repeatable SOPs and deliver engaging, structured group-facing training sessions that build client confidence and drive rapid platform adoption.

• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure a seamless post-contract transition, rapid time-to-value, and zero friction in the initial billing cycle.

• Actively use AI tools and modern automation to streamline onboarding workflows, eliminate manual administrative tasks, and increase portfolio velocity.

• Troubleshoot software configuration issues, investigate data discrepancies, and provide clear technical guidance to ensure clients maximize product value.

• Continuously analyze onboarding metrics to refine delivery playbooks, document best practices, and elevate the team's operational performance.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record in a client-facing implementation, technical onboarding, or solution delivery role within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Strong technical aptitude with a natural desire to understand software architecture, data flows, and configuration logic.

• Direct experience leading structured, group-facing customer training sessions and authoring step-by-step user documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to manage 20+ active, parallel customer projects with high attention to detail and zero dropped balls.

• Clear understanding of how onboarding velocity directly impacts ARR recognition, customer retention, and the billing cycle.

• Hands-on experience or genuine comfort using AI tools and automated workflow platforms to optimize daily output.

• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), project tracking software, and standard SaaS productivity tools.

• HOA, Property Management, or Community Association software experience is a strong plus.
