Full-Time & PRN Physical Therapist (PT)
Watsontown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC)

Looking for a place where your skills are valued, your voice is heard, and your work truly matters? Watsontown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is excited to welcome a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to our collaborative rehab team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Evaluate and treat residents in a SNF/LTC setting with a focus on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans that support resident-centered goals

• Supervise and collaborate with PTAs and the interdisciplinary care team

• Complete accurate, timely documentation using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)

• Make a meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives—every single day

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania

• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but motivated new grads are welcome

• Comfortable managing a full-time caseload

• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC is a plus

• Strong clinical skills, communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
