Overview
Registered Nurse – Med/Surg travel assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. Start date: 09/07/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,140–$2,200 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days. Employment type: Travel - temporary assignment. Setting: hospital/acute care environment serving adult medical-surgical patients. This assignment does not guarantee a minimum number of hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patient status.
- Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and interpret basic patient data in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor for changes in patient condition; respond to emergencies; implement physician orders and care plans; support post-procedure care when applicable.
- Chart in the designated electronic health record (Cerner experience preferred) and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
- May float to other units (e.g., ED hold, ICU/PCU) within the same region as needed to meet patient care needs.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards; participate in unit-based quality initiatives and patient education.

Requirements
- Licenses: Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state at time of submission; NURSYS license verification for all active RN licenses.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. NHISS credential needed prior to start; advanced dysrhythmia exam with a passing score of 80% required during onboarding.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of telemetry experience; 2+ years of Med/Surg experience for submission eligibility. Experience in managing TR bands, post-cath or cardiac procedures, and hemostasis is desirable; proficiency in stroke assessment.
- Education: Qualified applicants must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold RN licensure as described.
- Additional requirements: RTO (time off) requests must be included at submission. Cerner EMR experience is preferred but not required.
- Working environment: Ability to work in a hospital-based Med/Surg setting with the potential to float to related units as needed.
