Water Operations Supervisor

Family.We're looking to expand our Cincinnati mitigation team by incorporating an additional layer of field supervision.Description:Without direct people leadership responsibility, this role will assist in the technical aspect of running field crews.Responsibilities:Oversee field crews throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, including dispatching teams every morningEnsure proper protocol is consistently followed per IICRC guidelinesSee that quality and cleanliness of work meets H+S guidelinesLead on-site team on all large multi-family, commercial and high profit lossesInspect ongoing jobs to ensure quality of work (including initial inspection on large/commercial jobs).Provide on-going technical training and support to teamUphold same day communication standard and superior customer serviceAssist with holding team accountable to consistent and regular DASH utilizationProvide professional and technical competence in all aspects of water mitigation departmentInspect and estimate potential mold remediation opportunitiesParticipate in weekly production meetingsProvide feedback on field performance for annual evaluationsAttend manager meetings as neededAssist in review and approval of weekly timesheets (including proper job cost allocation)Oversee and coordinate emergency response effortsAssist in estimate writing as necessaryMaintain all vehicles in emergency services fleet (water trucks and water transits)Review, code, and turn in all invoices within 2 business days of received dateEnsures that all safety policies, rules and regulations are followed and enforced.Qualifications:IICRC certifications required - WRT/ASD at a minimum, AMRT strongly preferredPossess and maintain a valid driver's licenseSuccessfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background checkSuccessfully pass a pre-employment drug screening xhyhwjd Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day, on a rotating scheduleComfortable lifting and moving heavy equipment throughout a structure4+ years of restoration industry, construction, or maintenance experience requiredBenefits Include:Weekly payPaid Time Off and HolidaysMonthly "Wellness Time Off"401K Plan with guaranteed matchMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceLife & Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramHealth and Wellness ProgramsHays + Sons apparelLicense/Certification:IICRC certification (Required)Driver's License (Required)Work Location: In personSalary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
