Job Description

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to execution and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and provide guidance to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have:

• 10 years of Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, up to $20M.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems proactively and efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes in the property industry.
