Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) is required
• Applicants in their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Solid understanding of a variety of speech and language disorders, along with effective intervention strategies for learners of all ages

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to K-12 students facing speech, language, and communication challenges
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to help students advance their communication abilities and meet academic goals
• Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to embed communication objectives within students' daily educational experiences
• Thoroughly document progress and comply with school and state record-keeping requirements

Compensation for this role ranges from $48/hour for Clinical Fellows to $64/hour for SLPs with the Certificate of Clinical Competence.
