What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted tax advisor to privately held businesses and their owners
• Lead complex tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements
• Review individual, partnership, S-Corporation, and corporate tax returns
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships
• Collaborate with audit and accounting teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of approximately three direct reports
• Participate in firm strategy, succession planning, and future growth initiatives
• Help grow the practice through strong client relationships and high-quality advisory work

What We're Looking For

• CPA required
• 10+ years of public accounting experience
• Big 4 or large regional public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong technical tax, planning, and advisory expertise
• Proven leadership and team-development skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in becoming an owner
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams

Partnership Track: Approximately 4–5 years

Compensation: $180K–$225K base + 20% bonus
