What You'll Do As an

Account Associate

, you'll help grow our agency by turning customer conversations into opportunities while delivering outstanding service. Connect with new and existing customers through calls, follow-ups, and proactive outreach.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate auto, home, life, and other insurance products.

Discover cross-selling opportunities and help customers protect more of what matters.

Confidently present solutions, overcome objections, and ask for the sale.

Generate referrals and turn strong customer relationships into new business.

Follow up with prospects and keep opportunities moving toward the finish line.

Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity goals.

Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims-related needs, and account updates.

Stay organized, document opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records.

Bring positive energy, teamwork, and a competitive spirit to the office!

What We're Looking For An outgoing, confident personality and strong communication skills.

Must possess or be willing to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
