Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in the state (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Background in pediatric care and school-based therapy practices
• Skilled in delivering teletherapy and in-person intervention as needed
• Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
• Passion for fostering language, speech, and academic development in children

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication interventions
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as required
• Adapt intervention approaches to meet diverse student needs, both virtually and on-site
