If you are an Operations or Back Office pro, this role is for you!/ph3Primary Responsibilities:/h3ulliSupport the issuance and processing of our line of fixed annuity products/liliAssist with resources in daily workflow systems/liliPrepare various reports as requested/liliData entry as part of our application process/liliRecommend process improvements if needed/liliTest new carrier and inhouse technology enhancements into infrastructure to ensure our clients have a smooth experience/liliOffice support services for New Business Organization and Agent Support as needed/liliReceive, direct and relay phone messages, emails and faxes as they are received in the operations department/liliAssist with correspondence and package distribution within the team/liliHelp maintain the general scanning and filing system used in the department/li/ulh3Primary Skills and Requirements:/h3ulli2-5 years administrative experience required. Experience in an investment or insurance environment preferred/liliSeries 6, 7, 63, 65, 66 OR Life and Health Licenses a plus but not required/liliExcellent customer service, accuracy, follow up skills and the ability to work as a team/liliTyping /10 key and MS Office proficiency/liliSolid written and oral communications skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization/liliMust possess sound judgment, be proactive, and maintain a professional demeanor/liliExperience with workflow systems, notably Salesforce, a plus/li/ulpIntegrity is one of the nations leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
