Urgent Animal Care of Arlington – Arlington, VA $33–$40/hour + $3,000 Sign‑On Bonus (for full‑time teammates) Urgent Animal Care of Arlington is a growing, AAHA‑accredited urgent care hospital that opened in June 2023. We provide both call‑ahead and walk‑in services for non‑life‑threatening urgent cases, all within a collaborative and team‑focused environment. We’re looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our supportive, close‑knit team. What We Offer $33–$40/hour (based on experience) $3,000 sign‑on bonus (for full‑time teammates) Flexible 4‑day work week – Full‑time One weekend shift per week – Full‑time Open to discussing a part‑time schedule or one day a week Daily team huddles + monthly team meetings Strong, communicative team culture Modern equipment and high standards of care Hours Monday–Friday: 10 AM – 8 PM Saturday–Sunday: 8 AM – 6 PM 20–30 minute appointment times Equipment & Technology Pulse practice management software Zoetis/Abaxis in‑house lab equipment Digital radiology AAHA‑accredited standards Types of Cases We See We focus on non‑life‑threatening urgent care, including: Skin issues (itching, rashes, hotspots) Ear and eye concerns Minor wounds and bite injuries Allergic reactions Urinary issues Foreign body or toxin ingestion End‑of‑life care & euthanasia Severe cases are stabilized and transferred to emergency hospitals as needed.
