Customer Service RepresentativeSparks Group has partnered with a leading residential home services company to identify a Customer Service Representative for an onsite opportunity. This role is ideal for an engaging, tech-savvy professional who enjoys connecting with customers, working toward goals, and staying active in a fast-paced call center environment.The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for a high volume of outbound calls, connecting with homeowners, answering questions, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers over the phone, can maintain a natural conversation, and brings previous call center or home services experience.Responsibilities:Make approximately 300 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing residential customersContact homeowners to follow up on leads, generate interest, and schedule appointmentsEngage customers in professional, friendly, and natural conversations while following established call scripts and processesHandle inbound customer calls as needed and provide timely, helpful assistanceSchedule appointments based on customer needs and team availabilityFollow up with customers regarding appointments, next steps, and outstanding informationAccurately document customer interactions, appointment details, and follow-up activity in the CRMUse a dialer system throughout the day to efficiently manage a high volume of outbound callsNavigate multiple technology platforms and systems while actively speaking with customersAsk appropriate questions to understand customer needs and determine the appropriate next stepsMaintain a positive and professional customer experience during every interactionMeet established call volume, productivity, and performance expectationsWork collaboratively with team members, ask questions, and contribute to a supportive team environmentParticipate in ongoing coaching, script training, and CRM/system trainingQualifications/Background Profile:1+ years of inbound and/or outbound call center or customer service experiencePrevious experience making high-volume outbound callsExperience using a dialer system in a call center environmentExperience in home services, residential services, roofing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, or a similar industry is highly preferredStrong verbal communication skills and the ability to carry a natural, engaging conversation with customersComfortable making a large number of outbound calls throughout the workdayTech-savvy and able to quickly learn new CRM and call center systemsSelf-motivated, energetic, and willing to take initiativeComfortable working from scripts while still maintaining a personable and conversational approachAbility to work effectively in a team environment and actively participate in coaching and trainingThis job is In-Person. Pay Range: Hourly $25.00 to $25.00.
