Phoenix Interiors, our Interiors Division, delivers commercial interiors and FF&E solutions - and we're scaling significantly.What You'll DoLead the Operations Engine Behind a Growing Interiors DivisionPosition SummaryThe Operations Manager owns operations end-to-end - quote to cash - for the Interiors Division, leading the estimating and order-processing team and holding key operating controls, including forecast and inventory sign-off. The mandate: strengthen, modernize, and scale an established pipeline to absorb significant volume growth without a proportional increase in headcount.Essential FunctionsOwn the quote-to-cash pipeline end-to-end - cycle time, accuracy, and margin integrity from estimate through order intake, processing, PO issuance, billing, and cash.Lead the estimating function: set turnaround and accuracy standards and manage queue priority against demand.Own the Sales → Interiors intake-QC gate, enforcing data quality and flagging thin-margin patterns back to Sales.Ensure each order type is processed correctly and cross-train the operations specialists so no lane is single-threaded.Own billing cadence, standards, and release authority.Own the response standard for expediting and customer service, and serve as the escalation point across the order → install → billing seam.Own inventory control sign-off across drop-ship, make-to-order, and stocked models.Drive trustworthy reporting out of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) and own the Power BI automation roadmap.Build team capacity through process design and cross-training - not overtime - to support significant volume growth.Qualifications5+ years of operations / order management experience in manufacturing, distribution, or FF&E / commercial interiors, including 2+ years leading a team.Hands-on ERP order management experience - JD Edwards E1 strongly preferred; comparable tier-1 ERP acceptable.Demonstrated ownership of a quote-to-cash / order-to-cash process at scale, including a Sales-to-operations intake handoff.Track record building and standardizing SOPs and controls, not just executing them.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data analysis and reporting.Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills across customers, suppliers, and internal departments.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.BenefitsFour-tier health insurance plans including an HSA optionDental insuranceVision insuranceShort-Term Disability InsuranceLong-Term Disability InsuranceGroup Term Life InsuranceVoluntary Life Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with a company match equal to 25% of the first 10% of employee deferrals and profit sharingGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) programCasual dress work environmentOpportunity to be part of an upbeat, supportive and high-performing teamCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesPhoenix Textile Corporation abides by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a), which prohibit discrimination against qualified individuals based on protected veteran or disability status, race, color, religion, sex, or national origin, and require affirmative action to employ and advance individuals without regard to these factors, sexual orientation, and gender identity.If assistance is needed in applying for employment, please contact our Human Resources Department by email or by phone at View phone number on us.fitly.work.
