Seeking reliable helper with own car for 9&11 yr old girls, starting 8/6/2026

Seeking a part-time babysitter/ nanny starting August 6th 2026 (start of school year), to care for a 4th and 6th grader. Duties include getting them to their activities, helping with homework, and preparing snacks/easy meals before a practice. They often will bike home, so there may be asks for pickup on rainy days. Hoping to find someone for the school year, with at least a semester commitment. Typical consistency is 2:45/3pm - 5/5:30pm, with activities dictating later end times that you’d know in advance. You must have your own car for transportation. Availability is required on weekday afternoons, with reliability on Monday-Thursday. Fridays may be asked for infrequently. Ideal candidates should be responsible, patient with homework (guiding, not doing it for them), and energetic, as well as up for playing educational games, and engaging with children. No tablet or phone time is allowed for my kids during the week, nor do I want that of my sitter while present with my children, unless warranted. If you are a student, doing your assignments if my kids don't need help is ok too. If you are up for throwing, shooting or bumping a ball, it’s a plus! Have questions? Thinking this could work?
