Role Description The Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Barbara, CA, responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned community associations. This role coordinates property maintenance and repair activities, ensures vendor and contractor performance, and supports the development and implementation of operating and reserve budgets. The Community Manager prepares and distributes communications to residents and board members, organizes and attends board and community meetings, and maintains accurate records, reports, and documentation. The role involves monitoring compliance with association rules and policies, assisting with governance and enforcement processes, and providing responsive customer service to residents and stakeholders.
