Patient Assessment Conduct nutritional assessment of patients based on medical history, diagnosis, clinical condition, dietary history, and nutritional requirements. Review relevant laboratory investigations, anthropometric measurements, and clinical parameters. Identify patients at risk of malnutrition and initiate appropriate nutritional interventions.
