Employee Relations Specialist - Investigations & Engagement

Corporate Services Division

Monument Health in Spearfish, SD seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to help maintain a positive workplace by resolving conflicts and investigating grievances across Caregivers and HR Partners.

You will coach leaders on policy adherence, support disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with labor laws, while partnering with HRBP to strengthen engagement, morale, and retention. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
