Position Summary Responsible for overseeing daily operations of the resort’s outlets; ensuring excellent guest service, high‑quality food and beverage offerings, and overall profitability. This role involves managing restaurant staff, maintaining inventory, enforcing quality standards and optimizing service efficiency while upholding resort policies and standards. Essential Functions Daily outlet food and beverage operations, including dining service, reservations and guest interactions. Smooth and efficient workflow between kitchen, bar and front‑house teams. Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards. Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation regulations and liquor laws. Provide welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests. Address guest inquiries, complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently. Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Monitor reviews and feedback to continuously improve service quality. Monitor inventory of food, beverage and supplies as well as labor expenses for cost effectiveness. Collaborate with Director of Outlets on special promotions, seasonal offerings and themed events. Recruit, train, schedule and supervise restaurant servers, hosts, bartenders, bussers and any other role reporting to the restaurant. Ensure associates adhere to hotel policies, grooming standards and service protocols. Lead operations in all outlets when necessary. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred. 3-5 years of restaurant management experience. Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software preferred. Ability to multitask, problem solver, work in fast‑paced environment. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
