Crunch Fitness is looking for a Front Desk Lead (FDL) — a high-energy, sales-driven, people-loving leader who keeps the club buzzing and the front desk running like a well-oiled machine. When management isn't on site, you're the one holding it down. You're the face of the club, the heartbeat of the member experience, and a key player in our membership and personal training sales team. What You'll Do

You're not just checking people in — you're leading the front desk, driving sales, and elevating the Crunch vibe.

Sales & Member Experience

• Be first-up for tours, phone inquiries, and VIP guest registrations
• Manage the Engage platform (Daily Activity Report + DLM call log)
• Contact expiring prepaid members with renewal offers
• Crush PT sales goals — selling PT, booking Kickoffs, and supporting the PT team
• Promote special events and retail products
• Manage club website + social media updates to drive engagement
• Review membership pricing daily for accuracy across ABC Ignite, Engage Pro, and Crunch.com

You're the front-line sales engine of the club.

Leadership & Staff Development

• Assist with new membership sales training for MSRs
• Help set sales goals for the MSR team
• Participate in MSR interviews
• Cover opening and closing shifts when needed
• Model professionalism, energy, and Crunch culture every shift

You're the go-to leader when the GM, AGM, or PTM isn't on deck.

Compensation

Base Rate: $18–$20/hr

Monthly Bonus Opportunity: Up to $250, based on hitting:

• KO Goal
• Average Dues Goal
• Referral Goal
• Retail Goal
• NMR Goal

This role rewards hustle, consistency, and leadership.

Schedule

FDLs work 5 shifts per week, typically: Sunday through Thursday This role is perfect for someone who wants steady hours, leadership responsibility, and career growth.
